The discussions I had with this video about the secondary level of assessment is just a portion of the entire discussion. Secondary Level of assessment are based on the ability of the Family to perform the family health tasks. Each task will become a family nursing problem if the family was not able to (inability) peroform the task. Each problem has specific reasons. You can check the book of maglaya for the specifics.

Hindi po. wellness condition is on First Level assessment. Secondary Level is based on the family's ability to achieve Family Health tasks.

yes, history of certain disease lalo na pag heriditary is considered as Health threat kasi its a risk factor.

Yes po. First Level assessment is base sa individual identified concerns ng family then in the creation of FNCP is basis mo naman yung first level assessment to check which secondary level of assessment ang applicable for the entire family as family health nursing problems.
