Hi sir good day.. I just wanted to ask if my natural problem which is 40 years of smoking is a health deficit or health threat?

40 years of smoking is a risk factor for a lot of disease (Emphysema, Stroke, Cancer etc.) that is why it is more on a Health Threat. It can also be a Health Deficit depending on the situation. But 40 years of smoking alone is more on Health Threat.

Those are both Health Threat condition. Again it will always be how are you going to present the problem and should be written in your justification during prioritization.

Hello. Yes po. 2 ang weight ng modifiability of the problem kasi it is tge most important criteria. Kasi pag non modifiable amg isang sakit or problem like for exam, namana mo sya. Asa dugo mo eh very few ang ways to modify it. I hope I have answered your queries.
