First of all I want to start off by saying Thank you so much. The way you broke the actual problem the patient was having in the steps of the nursing process and included the subj and obj data. I was able to understand the entire Nursing process while in front of a patient. It's crazy how you were able to paint this picture in my head in 24 minutes and 57 seconds and now I understand the concept and I'm not just guessing. Thank you for enabling me to think like a nurse. New subscriber, please make more videos, we need more teachers like you who actually know how to break it down like this and enable students to UNDERSTAND what's really going on. I can't believe this. I'm watching Maslow's Theory next. Much love!

Hey guys I am so overwhelmed I finally passed my NCLEX after failing 2 times but all thanks to mr.james who provided me with audios and answers papers I thought this wasn't real not until I approach the exams,I tried uworld Kaplan,and many method but failed two times,but thank God today am a proud nurse ,to all those who are still struggling to clear their NCLEX also never give up believe in your self and give a try to any opportunity you got I will recommend anyone who needs the same help. Thank you for actually teaching. My professor doesn't teach, she just speed reads through a PowerPoint like she's talking to people who already know stuff. We are first semester nursing students and we know nothing. It's super discouraging and frustrating.

Maria Mobley,MSN,BSN,RN Thanks for this b/c with the last question. I had thought to do B, C, A b/c I did not use the logic presented here. I knew to Hold the medication once I noticed HR was low. But, it is interesting that we are holding a medication based off another answer option and not from statements in the question. Does the NCLEX do that too?
