  • Join us for 30 minutes of fun with this cardio-hiit workout! This is an efficient full body routine that's built to take your cardio game to the next level. This is also great if you're looking for a way to burn body fat and run up the calories. All you need is a mat/soft surface and you can do this workout anywhere.       Great change in scenery to give some extra motivation...lol. On another note if you can give instructions on what muscle to squeeze when you're doing the various routines, eg, glute, core etc. to ensure you're getting maximum benefit from the workout it would be a great boost.

    I've doing your workouts for the past 3 months now (started in 12-19-22, weighing at 290lbs) and now I am doing it more than before by 2x or 3x a week and honestly it help me alot, especially losing at total of 25lbs (currently 264lbs) and I will continue with you guys workouts and surely it saved me a lot of my overall health, I thank you Juice & Toya!💪🏼🙂✨️

    Thank you for this workout, it helped me like non before. And it helped my wife as well, because we were doing it together, like you of course :) But I learned that for successful body transformation you must be hard motivated and train hard af. Many people forget that diet is more important than training. Percentage wise, diet is 70% and training is 30%, that's the rule. If you are beginner, you need help about training and calculating calories, so its better to pay personal trainer or find some online tool for creating diet for you. My wife made great transformation and lost 25kg, but she used diet plan from Next Level Diet. At least she told me she did that :D

    Wow I cant thank you enough J&T, you have transformed my life from Pre-Diabetic diagnosed to almost fit dad for my young children, I am in UK, crazy long hours, I have try traditional gym etc etc, non worked, So thank you guys, still need at least another 2 months to be ideal weight and fitness, Love you, Guys here its working keep going, I have done it whole months daily except 2 days, after night shift before shower I do this, find away make time and keep going, dont look at the scale, dont bother about mirrors at our stage, just keep going, xxxxxxxx

    Didn't get to this workout until 8:30pm due to just be "lazy" today but since I'm working on consistency and keeping promises to myself.. I decided to go on and get up and get it done and I'm so glad I did this is by far my favorite workout not only from the challenge but from this channel!! Will absolutely be adding it to my favorites and returning. Now just to finish my 64oz of water for the day.

    Loved this, and loved the beach scenery. Been doing mostly yoga and walking, and more recently Pilates, for the past few years, so I've been needing cardio challenges, and this one was great. Very much appreciate the modifications, as my 65-year-old body doesn't love too much high impact! Thank you!!

    I've been into low impact cardio lately but decided to try this today. Great movement, decent amount of upper body and core for a cardio workout. I wasn't feeling the music but I just turned down the volume and put on my own since they had the clocks for visual cues. Thanks for getting me moving!

    I like y’all cause your workouts are realistic. Not too confusing, moves not too outlandish. With Juice & Toya you just gotta go hard 😅 that’s it, no acrobatics. ….oh and they have the bomb music to go with it

    Just loving so far all your workout videos which I have tried. This even has the percentage of completion to motivate me to keep moving when I was truly tired at almost the end of the video, telling myself, "7% more, you can do it!" Thank you Juice & Toya for the great editing of the workout videos. Love to just concentrate on workout with just music and preview to the next step without talking.. It is great! Would you guys be doing HIT workout (Super slow workout)? Tried that and it was great and effective! But can hardly find a complete workout video on that. Would love to have one!
