DC was shinin raider family. Ball placement on point leading his receivers. He is running the ball on QB-Draws showing his athleticism...very good joint practice overall against the Rams on both sides of the ball. Raider Nation!!

Raiders, after watching Richie Incognito mic'd up, I noticed something. He stated that veteran players after they get older they get slower and less enthusiastic. And here is the reason: When a veteran is playing on a team that's having a losing season, they feel a lack of enthusiasm. They relax and slow down, their mindset is to play hard and just get through the season and move on. This is why having and making wins each game is so important to making it to the Super Bowl. If you look at the teams that make it to the S. B. they all had a majority of wins. The K C Chiefs are the perfect example. They never think defeat and they know the only thing that can bring discouragement is a defeat in a game. In the last S. B. the Chiefs were defeated by the Buccaneers by them copying the only loss they had in the season by the Raiders. That loss to the Raiders doom them to lose in the Super Bowl.

Carr just hasn't been the same since the injuries. I know he's been in a few different systems and thats a big factor. And the o-line wasn't very good last year with injuries and stuff. I just hope he makes a big comeback. I'm one of his biggest fans. I really want to see him succeed and be a raider for many years to come.
