Bruh I would love that. If there is any player out there that was born to be a Raider well #1 would be Derek Carr of course, but #2 would be Richie Incognito. This whole team just fits, reminds me of the goofy group of guys we had in the early 2000's, late rounders, UDFA's, outcast from other teams, a couching staff looking to making a name for themselves, a hungry group of close knit guys. This team is on the rise 🏴☠️☠️🏴☠️

By far worst comment. He is in no way a leader. Man has dozens of cases from the past. Maybe do some good ole research of your “leader”. A man who is racist, sexist, purposely injured players, hot headed, and has cases of sexual harassment (which he payed 50,000 to the dolphins for) with a golf club. Retire and maybe do some good to the earth. He’s not underrated. Overrated if anything, has been given so many second chances. Glad he got dropped again though and won’t be making that undeserved money.

Wherever he goes he has to prove himself due to his past. But man this guy could be an NFL coach the way he understands and can point things out so quickly and his whole take on carrying on the tradition of helping younger guys get better every year.

I am glad that this organization has treated him the way they have. You know people have personal issues and just accept them as normal. It became apparent to me that he was asked to do things years ago that were not his character. It amazes me that with the proper support what a leader not just on a football team but within society a gifted individual like Richie can be. If he retires tonight (I hope not) the Raiders are foolish if they don’t put him in a coaching position.
