Carr reminds me of Favre. The energy, the love for the game, the rocket arm. It wouldn't surprise me at all to see him bring a championship back to Oakland.

Not just QBs...pretty much everyone is just bros with everyone else. Not like back in the day when teams and players hated each other more (maybe 'cause they have tens of millions of dollars, idk).
Future of the NFL
Raider's fans are amazing, although 3-13 last year, their fans still came and supported their team, I'll have to admit that although 49ers fans are "more behaved," Raider's fans still show love and support for their team no matter what.

look up 49ers fans fights and there are always numerous fights every friggin week. Most of the arrests made in Santa Clara are at Levi's stadium.

I was there and I MUST SAY, the fact that I’ve seen us to lose to the Chargers in person before AND the fact that this was Woodson’s last home game were a perfect combo for this win! The electricity in that stadium was epic! At this point in the season we were out of the playoff picture, but the O was rockin like always!

I've been a die hard Bronco fan my whole life but I've been saying the same thing about Carr since he was drafted and so far he's on track to proving me right.
He will one day be one of the top 3 quarterbacks in this league.

Dude is a class act. He has fun while on the field. He interacts with the other team. I do see a lot of Brett Farve in him. Oakland is special
one of the very few teams in the nfl that play to have fun and not always have such a stern look on their face.
One of the reasons why the Raiders are really one of the only teams in the AFC that I like (Other than my home team, the Patriots of course). So much young talent on that offense with Derek Carr and Amari Cooper. It'll be interesting to see them in the playoffs throughout the next few years.
I think this is the start of a future superbowl team within the next 4 years, see a lot of young talent comi g through in the Raider ranks, everything about them seems 100% better than 1/2 years ago and i'm very confident they will have a winning season next season, by how much who knows, but Carr is class and only going to get better.
Nice to see some light at the end of the tunnel for the Raiders. They've had it rough for quite a few years and now with all the young talent on the team its just nice to see things looking up for them. And Carr is a talented and respectable QB.

Hawks fan here, and every time I watch Carr I feel like he's got that same "it" magic that we got with Wilson. There's something just compelling and positive about him. Between that and all the linebackers the Raiders keep taking from us, I'm really interested in seeing where he's able to help lead them to.

We're so fortunate to have this guy. Reggie has drafted a lot of good players but getting a worthy QB is the hardest task of all. So glad that task is behind us. Let's go, Nation. Playoffs next year? We're in a tough division but I think it's likely.
I watch this now 3 years later and hate to see this guy go after all these rumors of trading him. Hes had a slump the last two years that isn't all his fault...total class act and hopefully his second year with Gruden will flip things around with talent
