We may not know how to land a proper kick, buy i assure you that we can adopt to it really fast. I personally think our biggest weakness is we don't know that much about wrestling and we don't have any training to mimic that at least.

In the ring by boxing rules MMA fighters stands almost no chance. In a physical street fight, which allows one to use all fighting styles and limbs, which one comes closer to it? MMA or boxing? Boxer is much more restrictive to all that a human being can do to damage the other person. It loses on range and power (Mike Tyson's punch doesn't match up to a regular kick from a typical kick boxer), it loses on clinch/which will turn into grappling.
