Reports say that the Russian president wants a ceasefire based on the current battlefield lines, which would mean Ukraine will be forced to accept a frontline, with its territories ceded to Russia. With the war battered country's frontlines rapidly collapsing, will President Zelensky be forced to accept the changed frontlines?

It was wrong for the US to antagonize Russia in the first place, but Russia cannot be allowed to take the entirety of Ukraine. It's a Germany and Korea moment. There should be a plan for NATO forces to intervene if Russia reaches the Eastern bank of the Dnipro River. It's best for Ukraine to pursue peace now and become a neutral state to prevent further territorial losses while the battlefield is relatively static.
If Putler signed a peace agreement tomorrow, he would break it in a year or so, just like he did when Ukraine gave up its nuclear arsenal for ruzzian reassurances of respecting Ukrainian territorial integrity. All countries should help Ukrainians defend their homes and drive ruzzians back to ruzzia. Then Ukrainians can become EU nad NATO members if they want and they will never be afraid of ruzzia again. Yet several years earlier, when the regional government of Kosovo declared independence from Serbia, without a vote from the people, the US said, "Happy Independence Day!" Funny how that works.
