Travels With John Chase and Ride Rail Action, Wellington, New Zealand

John says, "On November 14th, 15th and 16th, I rode a couple of suburban lines out of Wellington, New Zealand which included Upper Hutt and Johnsonville. I also railfanned at various locations just outside of Wellington which include Paekakariki on November 14th and Paraparumua, where I caught the southbound Northern Explorer and chased it with railfan Steve Porter and caught the train at Northern Ward and Pukerua as well as arriving at Wellington's’s train station. A small yard engine took the train to the yard.
My thanks and appreciation to Steve Porter. If it were not for him, I would not have been able to get any of these videos.
I am a huge railfan and former railway employee. My friend James, aka Skeena Pacific, compiles and edits the video clips I took of trips I made in an effort to capture trains across the World. He produced them into the series called "Travels With John". The title usually indicates the locations."
