В коробку нужно было залить новое масло, а не отработанное! И подшипники почему старые оставили? Хотя бы новой смазки в них добавили.

I hope you changed the upper water hose. That thing was much too long for the application. Other than that, great job.
The exhaust gasket is not on right going to have a vacuume leak.
В основном все правильно только седла клапанов как то неправильно забивал.
