    *Question:* would you consider making a piece of furniture that involves using many of the jigs that you've made over the years? It would allow your viewers the opportunity to build the same piece with you, and see the jigs in action as intended, and give them an opportunity to see your talents on full display.

That way you can lay the jig on the project and clamp it on the right position using measurements drawn on the project.

    Like always nice clean work👍 But I have noticed that when you need holes with fostnerbits icluted and a smaller hole in the centre of the fostnerbithole. Start with the fostnerbit, it more stable, in fackt so stable that you can hit center of a pencilmark or a point. When you come with the smaller drill a centermark is already there from the fostnerbit. The are if you use a bigger drill and have to drill small holes to, start with the big one otherwise you have no stirringcenter for the big drill, and inacucie can occure.
    This is just ment as a hint. Keep up your beautifull work!

      There is such an idea.
      However, your method creates burrs when using a small drill.
      It is cumbersome to remove.
      My method does not generate burrs in the center, and since it is clamped, the center does not shift.
      My method can work very efficiently.

      @larsjensen7958 Před rokem

    • @jisakukobo
      @jisakukobo  Před rokem +1

      Yes.
      In fact, in situations where clamping is not possible, I would machine a large hole and then a small hole.
      I think it is important to consider the appropriate procedure according to the working situation.

    • @ehRalph
      @ehRalph Před rokem +1

      Large hole first, small hole first. Sometimes I drill the smaller pilot into the clamped table and install a wood pin to keep work piece centered or even slide the pinned hole over to pivot the work piece or drill regular holes in a row.
