    Je prends chaque nuit une clluieree à café de nigelle cultivé avec une gorgée d'eau...c'est très bien..
    La nigelle n'est pas toxique...et à un effet somnifère. .de 12 heures

    Se lever à 5 H du matin, est la maniére la plus simple de bien dormir sans tisane, ou autre.. A 21 H, les personnes matinales, ne pensent qu'à dormir

      @@hbenissad7264 Infusé pas mangé, moi je fais des infusions de peau de citron l'été (sans la chaire) c'est tellement bon (chuuuut c'est un secret j'ai rien dit !) On peut mettre un peux de miel ... Sucre.. mais nature c'est top aussi.

    Pour moi,un p’tit joint tout les soirs et je m’endort comme un bébé 😂 c’est vrai !! j’oubliais de dire commençais à baisser le contraste et la luminosité de la télé 📺.

    Moi j’essaie les plantes rien, la couverture lestée rien, la mélatonine rien, le CBD (kaya) rien, c’est comme si depuis le début de mon année (première année de médecine) le petit train qui passent le soir pr te dire d’aller dormir ne passe plus mais je suis fatiguée constamment donc c’est fatiguant c’est le cas de la dire ^^

      @@kohuepzahibo6607 en son temps et il faut ce qu'il veut quand il veut avec qui il veut,il a pas dit qu'il nous enlèvera les épreuves les attaques de l ennemi etc il dit qu'il sera la avec nous, malgré tout ce que je traverse il est la avec moi il me tien la main et il permet d utiliser les plantes pour nous aider c'est ce que j essaie d apprendre pour finir avec Big pharma qui soigne pas surtout pas tout ce qui est spirituelle ou de coeur sentiments etc j'ai confiance en Lui

      Il paraît que l'huile essentielle de lavande rétrécit les bronches chez les asthmatiques.donc attention.

    Poure domire bien sans medicament il faut boire un litre de lait La nuit avant de dormire et prendre un pain a la douche avec l,aux sode et apret ça bon nui merci

      Bonsoir , si je peux me permettre , c est que vous etes stressée inconsciemment ( des pbs psy non resolus ? ) , le bruit vous apaise .c est tjs bon de dormir qd meme !
