Wonderful! The bird songs enhanced the practice🙏
Very lovely …practice, bird song, the fabulous view and you!
Great stretches. And great view. Thanks for finding such lovely locations.
Very nourishing practice for my stiff muscles. And very nice scenery, with the water reflections. Many thanks for this video. Have a nice spring day
All your back drops are beautiful and interesting but this is really fabulous!
⭐️🕊️🤍🌬️✌️Thank You, I appreciate your gift to all 🙏🏻
Namaste
I practiced with you after a weights workout, what an absolutely incredible way to cool down and to release those muscles which had worked very hard. Thank you so very much for sharing these practices.
Wonderful loved it, I watched your back drop and my creek running after a lot of rain 😻🙏🧚💕
Thank you , Kseny. Another lovely venue. That figure 8 sequence is quite a trial for a dyslexic to get your head around, never mind your body! I did get it, eventually 😁
Hi Corrinne, good to hear that you found the way! You can also think of it like drawing circles on the ground with your hips:)
I loved it. Thank you. It’s energizing and strengthening. ❤
Thank you for this it’s so helpful, my shoulder & neck were so painful yesterday & today from moving heavy boxes , this was perfectly timed 😊
Hi Julie, great to hear that the exercises brought you some relief and relaxation after moving those boxes. Have a good rest of the week!
Exactly what I needed and in front of my favorite bridge! ❤
What is the name and location of the bridge. Beautiful.
It's a former railway bridge called Viaduc in french.
I think today is the first time I caught the part about moving your waist when doing the teacup. Since I finally conquered the teacup, the time is perfect to step it up a bit. Now on to a second video. Thanks Kseny!
Gracias!!! 💐
Thank you, Kseny. I have done 2 of your practices today. I enjoy your style of qi gong very much.
Morning kseny, finished practice today. What a wonderful start to the day! It's just raining and raining here! We just get on but it would be nice to see the sun. Have a fab day!😃🐶🐶
Hi Jan, when doing your qigong practice in the morning, visualise the sun in your head. Warm, pleasant rays as you inhale penetrating your body... ☀️☀️☀️ this will give you more energy
! wasn't expecting to arrive to a premiere session. Cool.
Glad you did! ☀️ Did you enjoy yourself?
@@qigongwithkseny for sure!
111th like! thank you kseny!

Hi Suzanne, I'm glad you enjoyed the exercises and felt good! ☀️ Have a lovely rest of the week!
Thank you ❤

🙏
I joined your group last night after I yawned through the getting ready for sleep. Tonight ai chose this because my shoulders were Yawn, tight, Yawn, Thank You, yawn …
some research has suggested that yawning may occur more frequently during states of relaxation let it happen!
As much as I enjoy this, I just can't do the tea cup exercise properly. I am concentrating so much on trying to keep my hands from turning, that I don't pay attention at anything else.
Hey, thank you for sharing. Although it can be challenging to master some movements, remind yourself that qigong is also about being in a state of flow and letting it go. The more you can relax the easier it becomes 🙏🏼😉
