It's even hotter here than in Florida (southern Nevada) but not as humid. I live in cotton gauze, linen, and cotton seersucker -- a tank top, long shorts (not denim!), and a cotton overshirt or a breezy cotton dress. Nice inspiration, and I appreciate that you showed the different accessories (love the Florida Birkenstocks -- I have five or six pairs of Birkies and live in them all summer).

I’m with you on covering the shoulders also most of my upper arms . If I find 3/4 length sleeves I’m happy . Would never do the micro mini anything !! Not at my age . But love that lightweight gauzy fabric in summer heat . Very breathable and light . I have a long white button down just like yours and it is so comfortable and light . The white embroidered dress is a real jewel, what a find! I don't like the orange crochet dress or the above-the-knee bermuda shorts, and in very hot weather surely you wouldn't wear loafers or even ballerina flats but sandals and other summer footwear. I only wear shoes in cooler weather and with tights, not with bare feet. I love the first linen outfit but it's very oversize, it would look way too big on my petite frame but it does make me want to buy linen, it's just that we've had terrible weather in London since last September and summer hasn't started yet, I'm actually looking forward to fall/winter fashion...
