Lived in FL for 5 years and the migraines we out of this world, since I’m in a dry climate now it’s so much better, of course I have have to watch what I eat, no dark chocolate, aged cheese, egg yolks are the worst for me, hope you find your triggers, love your videos ♥️

I was just thinking about that yesterday, most of my thirties I’ve had chronic migraines now and it’s freaking sucks… and if you don’t have pain, you feel loopy because of the meds 😭 I feel you girl! It feels hopeless sometimes…

I have had migraines since college, often to the point of throwing up from the pain. It sucks so much. I would also get blind spots. Still here but less since I've gotten older. I have also lost lots of the tail end of my eyebrows. It is a hypothyroid thing. Been dealing with that since college too.
for me too. And throwing up from endometriosis. Interestingly enough, I was diagnosed with hypo before my endo diagnosis, that one took 17 years to receive and hypo took only a year or so. I lost a lot of hair but I'm almost in remission now.
I am the same. Chronic in my thirties and i missed a lot, even my ability to work. Mine never quit unfortunately.

Menopause is GREAT, to be honest. I used to get debilitating migraines with vomiting and blinding pain. Haven't had a one being post menopausal!
Same here, my entire life starting as a child the migraines were miserable. They started to ease up during perimenopause, now, I am loving the migraine free menopause life!

I'm so sorry you suffer migraines. Just in case this helps you or other viewers: I had migraines regularly for 10 years and they finally stopped ... when I stopped using Nuvaring. I underestimated, and I think others underestimate, the side effects of common medication, especially medication that affects your hormones, like birth control.

I always felt like I was very drunk when I took migraine meds. I haven't had a migraine in over 9 years since I quit eating meat, fish, dairy, and eggs. I am not saying it will work for everyone, but it did for me. Sometimes, after a very stressful time, hair is known to trun gray/silver/clear.
Interesting about cutting out meat and dairy! I was pescatarian in my early 20s and now I’m wondering if I should try that again 🤔 at this point I’ll try anything 😂😅❤️

Migraines are the worst! I struggled with them for many, many years after a car accident where I broke my neck. I don't have them as much now.....
My 30's sucked! Just a series of issues in almost every aspect of my life. My 40's were much better than my 30's. Not sure about my 50's....I am always tired and sore so far 😠
My father said his 50's were his best decade 🤷 I think it depends of so many factors.....
