What makes them tough? Is it the 2x2’s, 1/32” plywood and staples that missed the rafters and studs throughout? Is this a trick question?

It's about time. alloy frames were used by viscount and millard in the 60s.... I spoke too soon, a timber framed roof, WHY ?

Looks like I won’t be buying a Jayco. Surely looking at an alternative to timber these days wouldn’t be more expensive???
these construction techniques can't march with USA Jayco! they build tougher RV
