@@allykatt1849 The camera wasn't the clearest, but they still had to blur the licence plate of the scooter, so the police most likely had that to go off.

@@TenzinBeifongIII it isn’t. At all. Many people survived getting their neck broken. Most ppl don’t survive being hit by a truck that heavy, going that fast. Especially when they are a little kid. At worst, they have a couple cuts and bruises
@@nova317 at worst, the kid could be dead or permanently paralyzed, actually. Plenty of people survive broken necks but that doesn't mean it can't cause problems for the rest of their lives. I'm not saying that's what happened and I hope it didn't but it also doesn't look good.

The tractor one was awesome picking up the debris that fell out, that wasn't a fail, that was a good person being helpful 👍
