9" Ford - The Complete Rear End: Retainer Plates and Moser End Caps, Axle Shaft Hardware Explained

In this video, Redbird Speed discusses hardware that may come with your axle shafts from Moser Engineering. This includes retainer plates and end caps.
Retainer plates are used in drum brake applications and some brake kits like the Baer Brakes Classic Kit in pictured in the video.
Moser Engineering axle end caps are used for contingency. Moser only sends one set out per pair of axles. Do not lose these! These are used to collect contingency for drag racing.
Bearings and studs are typically going to be installed when applicable. 5/8 drag racing drive studs get sent loose. Bearings may be sent loose depending on the brake application.
