Medieval façades just look so cool with the wooden beams.
Let me show you how I make one of those façades.
As an extra, I will show an alternative (and faster) way to make such a façade at the end!

Another option:
- At the point after you have the large shape cut out with the beams marked but before cutting the small pieces, run the whole piece through the proxxon to get a 3mm thick piece (rear wall) and a 2mm thick piece, with the beams marked on the 2mm piece (raised beams).
- Cut the small pieces out of the 2mm thick front piece leaving the beams.
- Texture the beams.
- Texture the rear piece in 2 large sections: the bricks/stone, and the plaster/stucco upper floor.
- Glue the 2mm beam framework onto the face of the 3mm wall.
Very nice methodical approach! Zen crafting. Just add meditation muzac in the sped up parts. 😊
Making medieval buildings like these is so much quicker using an addition of material method rather than this very fiddly reduction method. The finished result here is stunning though 👍🇬🇧

This is a very nice video. One could follow you a little better if the shot was sometimes taken from above. With the angled view, it's not always clear what you're doing.

Hallo, ich habe mir letzte Woche diesen Schablonen Satz zugelegt! Ich muss sagen ich bin absolut begeistert was für Möglichkeiten es gibt! Wäre schön wenn Du evtl ein zwei Beispiele für die anderen Teile des Sets geben würdest 😊 ! Vielen Dank für Eure Mühe die Ihr Euch bei jedem Video macht!
Bitte helfen wenn die Zeit es erlaubt ! Hallo nochmal, in dem Fachwerkhaus Schablonen Set sind zwei runde Teile bei ! Das Eine ist ein 1/4 Kreis mit 4 mm Einteilung und das Andere sieht aus wie eine Torte die falsch geschnitten wurde! Ein kleines Video darüber wäre super klasse! Eine Beschreibung wofür es ist würde mich schon weiter bringen ! Vielen Dank im voraus
