Great stuff, but for periorbital injections I was always told to never inject towards the orbit and to approach from the contralateral side to accommodate this.

For my own learning , how do you approach treating men who have strong pull from the lateral inferior aspect of the frontalis ? For example those who have horizontal wrinkle lines above the brow but within the danger zone where we wouldn’t normally inject ? Thanks In advance 🙏🏻

When you say 2 units, do you mean 2/100 (as in 100 units in a single ml)? It seems as though you're injecting way more in the video. Or am I missing something?

I noticed this too. Confused. Used like 3-4 syringes. Maybe different dilution factor. Those are 1 ml insulin syringes right?

How can stop unwanted Botox results
Hi my male client is bald and is due his top up Thursday but has noticed more creases (horns) as you stated high up in his hairline. How can I correct this ?
I'm bald and I had botox only once in my life and that happened to me also, when I went back into correct it the woman ended up freezing me up completely. Sorry I couldn't help but I hope you found the answer as its pretty annoying.

It’s not a common treatment for a male to want lift as it can create more of a feminine feel. However of course there are men that want this look and you would treat them using the typical eyebrow lift pattern.

Sir, i have been having eye twitching for past 6 months in my left upper eyelid, can you please guide me (somehow) or tips i could use?
I’d seek the advice from your GP to rule out anything medical. But sometimes a bit of botox can aid in a twitching eye so long as we know there is no medical cause.

How many units do you normally inject the frontal is muscle with on a man? 4u?
Can be between 10 and 30 units. Depends on the size of the muscle. There isn’t a fixed dose.

Depends on the patients muscle bulk. It’s different for every patient. I’m afraid their is no set “one way”. Training is important to understand this further.

You will use more toxin. Raise the brows and mark up where the lines stop. Don’t be surprised if they’re really past the hair line.

Dear Tim. I see you USE a High dilution. Can you comment on why.
We use the standard dilution 50iu with 1.25 ml saline or 100iu with 2.5ml saline.

@@analontrocruz think Dr Tim states that he uses through out the video. He has used 2 units for each of the frontalis injections and and the glabella complex is a mix of 4,6s and 2s. he used 10 units in total to each orbicularis oculi.
