- In this video we show you how to wire multiple areas of LED strip lights controlled via wireless RF (radio-frequency).
You can have several areas controlled using remote / wall controllers, or even via app control.
Why RF?
RF is an ideal option, because you do not need to run cabling from the controller to the receivers or between the receivers.

Can you change the control box on any brand of LED lights? and could u upgrade from a small remote to a bigger?
Hello! Great video! I would like to ask if this sets allows to dimm by one pilot led strips which are powered by 4 different power adapters? I have big LED installation in staircase and my electrician planned 4 source of power which are going to be connected to 4 different 24V power adapters.
If I had four led strips and four controllers in a location outside the range of my home internet could I still group them together and get them to flash, change colour etc in unison using a WiFi connection between my phone and the controllers?
Can you use a receiver for a standard 12v led light bulb 💡? Just to turn off and on
What type of wire between receiver and power supply can you use 12/3 Romex?
Do you know if it's possible to scale this up to 100+ zones? If so, how?
Can you run spot lights off these receivers aswell as the strip ?
How can you conect a combination 3-1 switch ligth 120v to a 3 different led strip ... I am looking to instal 3 ligth level led strip in a closet I ca figure what a converter box use to create a independent system... or turn off all at the same time ????
Can you add multiple names to each led strip( ex name them separately when you want to light them up individually ,and turn all your RGB lights with one command)?
yes as he said, you can pair multiple recievers to a single button
So what do people do for LED strips on opposite sides of the room?
Yeah I'd like to know as well. Is there a way to do this or would you need another power supply?
Could probably run wire from the power supply to the receiver. Or if that’s too inconvenient, just run another power supply. Could even be a battery powered one.
Can you connect different brands of LEDs together?
Yes you can,
As long as both the same voltage they can both work on the same power suply and receiver. Eg. Both 24v .
how do you switch the brand of the led light remote but not switch the led strip with a different brand?
is it possible to have both of my led lights the same color even if they are on 2 different recievers (the led lights are in the same room just to different receivers)
Is it paired to one remote?
3:12 No?
zoosh how do u do that??
Good video, has anyone had a response from InstyleLED regarding their queries?
Excuse me! could you anwer my question?
. Can i control one dimmer for multiple Led panel ( alot of led panels)?
HI There, it depenmds on what dimmer you are using, but in general yes, you can have muktiple strips / panels all controlled from one controller / dimmer.
The main thing would be to let me know what spec dimmer / system you are looking to use. Unless you mean the type in the video?
There are several ways to control the panels also, EG> you can either have numerous panels on one receiver so they are all controlled / dimmed together. or you can have a multizone receiver and multizone controller where you can dim / control each panel indivually. All control options are available, they all vary on price dependimg on how much control and how many panels / strips you are looking to control
Where on the website can I make an order? Or are you closed for the purposes of Covid-19?
I want to put up 3 shelves in alcove, want to put 1 led strip under each, how do I do it,thanks
can I use the monster led light brand remote to pair 2 led lights to 1 remote?
is it possible to control led lights with a different brand of controller?
I want to know that too
Yes you can mix any strips with any controllers as long as they all match i terms of voltage eg, 24v and 24v and also that you have enough power
Where can I buy these receivers and power supply?
I’m making a desk with led lights in, I got the 10meter WiFi kit that works with Alexa, I want two zones, top of desk and bottom of desk which isn’t a problem as I have a splitter cable but would like to control them separately, I’m wondering if I can add another controller of the same brand by using a dc power splitter, would the power supply that came in the kit be ok to do that? As I’m not adding more lights to the kit, I will be using short of 10m anyway, also I was wondering it the
two separate IR revivers will be controlled only one of the Remotes?
Is there a WiFi controller that works with voice control that is a single unit that can control strips independently? Any help would be much appreciated, I just can’t seem to get any of the answers online?
Thanks Stuart, Please email this to sales@instyleled.co.uk and we can get back to you and advise
How many strips can i put in one receiver?
Do I have to buy multiple led strips to put control them in different areas
That's the same thing I was wondering as well. Yes you do have to buy multiple led strips to control them in different areas 😔🔫👈
can i cut at the copper line and the put at other places ex ( under my bed ) ( behind my monitor ) and still get it to work
tell me if you find out but i don’t think so cause they all need to be wired to the power pack
So is it wierd ( wall plug-> transformer -> 3 led receivers ) Need basically same set up
Yes thats correct. OR, you can have a transformer and reciver in several areas / rooms. And they can wirelessly work from 1 remote / wall controller
Email sales@instyleled.co.uk with your rqeuirement and I cam send over a quoation and any advise within 1 hour

@@InstyleLED Also, how can we buy them? s it mandatory to have a compagny?
is it possible to turn one of them on at a time while the rest are off and on separate receivers and separate power suppllies?
Yes!, so if you hit the main on /off switch then all will turn on and all will turn off. However, if you hold the zone number down for 3 seconds,. EG, you hold the number 1 button down, it will turn off just that zone! Then hold button 1 again to turn zone 1 on again. And this is the same for each zone.
So you can turn on and off individual zones aswell as all of them together. It's a great controller!
InstyleLED thanks dude
Hi,
Which receivers are being used in this video,

@@InstyleLED how can you conect a combination 3-1 switch ligth 120v to a 3 different led strip ... I am looking to instal 3 ligth level led strip (multizone) in a closet I can figure what a driver box use to create a independent system... and turn on/off all at the same time ????
Is there a way to sync receivers that sync or react to sound/music??
i got a makup led light, vintage bulb staly and got 3colour mode with button, earch bulb connect with wire, and i install at my mirror, so i cut the wire to hide, after cut and connect again with same wire using a brass wire connector and now the bulb lit not same colour, the bulb using 5v usb supply
can i know what mistake i doo
I just need to ask sumn simple like what happens when u turn on the switch but like turn the lights off with the remote will it still use the electricity?
Im a bit confused, and i need help
Suppose i want to install led strips from the same reel in different parts of my room, how do i power them with one remote? i installed behind my bed already but now i want to install behind my tv also, how do i power the strips behind the tv?
Someone help me please, its driving me crazy
Right this is where I'm at
For each location you would need a separate power supply and receiver. 1 set for your TV, another set for your bed. Then pair the receivers together and now they control both the bed and the TV LED strips with 1 remote.
@@jiaan66 could you tell me how you pair the receivers together?
@@HOLOSXGHT He shows how to pair remote and controller around 1:20 I'd imagine there would be text instructions if you buy the setup too
i'm confused, can you control two different strips of the same brand with one controller? and how do i fit them both together?
Yes you can have a multzione remote controller, so for example, press button 1 and control 1 strip. Press button 2 and control another strip.
You would need a power supply , receiver and LED strip for each area, then 1 wireless multizone remote.
You can build the system up so it could be whole rooms,
So for example you could have 5 strips on one power supply and reciever for your kitchen , then 2 strips on one power supply and reciver for your kitchen ceiling and they acn all be paired to zone 1 (button 1 on the remote)
Then you can do the same again for another room and pair to button 2.
So you now have 2 rooms and loads of lights all controlled from 1 remote, easily controlled by pressing button 1 or 2 , or even pressing the buttons in quick sucession to control zones 1 AND 2
It's really good
Is it possible for me to cut it at the cut line and put them in different places with them still all working? If so, how?
Yes you can use connectors to attach starter lead cables back on the strips that you have cut. or you can solder cables onto the strip.
I cant control mine bc its controlling mine and my sisters in another room how do i fix this?
I need help with this too
Did you ever figure it out? I’m having the same exact problem
@@brookeb329 nope lol been having this problem havent turned them on in 2 months
