someone said that 4x2 magnet doesn't suit the corner piece, it causes the cover of the corner piece don't fit perfectly, they recommend something like 4x1 or 5x1, is it right?
@@MuhammadIqbal-qr4xd still have the cube and it moves fine. yes, the magnets were fitting in. my magnets had a thickness of 1.7x mm, not exactly sure.

Great video! Just a few days ago I added full corner-core and edge-core magnets to my RS as well and it works very well, I'd recommend it if you have the magnets around...it's a bit difficult but certainly worth it

Good tutorial. Do you think 5x1mm magnets would fit? I like somewhat strong magnets. If not do you think 4x2mm would be strong enough? For comparison, think of the GTS3M magnet strength (That's what I consider as strong magnets)
checkout cubesolve heros magnetizing vids, his old main as GTS3M and loves that magnetic strength it has, and check on his magnet strength he likes. if you get neodymium 4x2mm they are strong enough (especially high 40's rating)

what magnetic strength you choose
Can you explain how you have to magnetize the other edges:/ because an edge cant touch an edge. Do you add the magnet(in the edge#2) next to a corner that was magnetized by the first edge#1?
just turn the corner side, then you will get the 2nd edge and 2nd corner to magnetise.
Hi, thanks for you useful video. May I ask you if it is necessary to add magnet to the center pieces? I’ve seen a similar video but the guy addded 4 magnets on each central pieces an 2 more magnets on each edge pieces. 96 magnets in the hole cube. Do you think that is better? What strength do you recommend? 35N, 42N or 50N? Thanks again.

Very good video friend. Greetings from Peru. It will help me to magnetize several cubes with this Gan system such as: Gan 356 Air Pro, Gan 356 R, Gan 356 RS, Yuxin Black Kirin V2, etc. And an old cube but very good to be more than 6 years ago; Fangshi Shuagren Illusion. :)

When i cant buy magnets i like terly jus use 3 drops of QIYI lubr or silicone lubr so its still stabile and why do you took the center out, u can just pop the edge

Thanks for te Tip and best trick of rotating the corners in place and use only the first magnet as source for all the rest on all corners, the easiest and safest way i had ever seen to put them all well aligned and with correct polarity, really good trick and tip; thanks for sharing that for free.

Does this work on the GAN 11 Air? This is because I want to magnetize his GAN so he will have a magnetic GAN cube.
I just magnetize my Gan RS with n35 magnets....its really stable than before....is does not feel the same as the XS but it does feel like the X with medium magnets

Can you recommend what magnets to use if you want strong ones? And is there such a thing as having too strong magnets? The shop here have magnets that go up to N52, sized 4x1.5 mm
4x2mm is the perfect size in my opinion, the strength depends on what you like, but n35 is the perfect balance between strong but not too strong.

What's the purpose of magnetizing it and how does it affect the speed?
Magnetizing a cube makes it more stable, less easy to over shoot and it's speed is more or less not affected
