In this video I have Explained about how to repair Samsung Refrigerator high ampere problem.
This is 15 years old very mantain Samsung Refrigerator not cooling due to high amps .
This problem occurs in refrigerator or air conditioner if the winding of compressor is over heated but in this refrigerator this problem has come due to failure of PTC Relay.
In this video I have changed the relay as well as OLP also but I have used it's old 5 MFD capacitor with other relay.
Every one can learn how to attach capacitor with PTC Relay
