Hey, having this same problem and has become a nightmare. Recently bought a 2004 from a private seller and will not pass smog b/c of the EGR will not set. Is what you are showing possible to do for any mech with the computer to work on these rigs? Setting the values...legit? Need to get this done ASAP what would you suggest?
do u work on different vehicle? i have same problem on my ford 6.0 diesel. Did everything i could.
