    Basics:
First you need to go up to generate some momentum. Next, take your knees and drive them forward to change the pitch of your body. As you transition to a back fly position, make sure to reach out and grab the wind with your arms and legs. Keeping your chin back will also assist in catching the wind.
    Common mistakes
Not going high enough, not doing the entire transition in one movement, bringing arms in when transitioning to back flying, and pushing down on the wind to generate lift on belly.
    Keys to success
Smooth controlled movements and one continuous motion.
