  • This Video explains "how to" relax and feel the wind on the body in the various positions within the belly and back fly ranges. I prefer to think of these orientations as ranges rather than positions.
There are positions within each range/orientation. Knowing and being able to feel these then allows you as a flyer to move relaxed and feel the wind within the range, but to also then be able to hold strange positions but with only necessary tension.

I'm so glad I decided to do the tunnel before AFF. I've done 7 and have 10 more and I've already learned a ton. It makes me feel so much more confident. Your vids are rad!

Once someone learns this stuff with enough practice is it easy to remember? Like riding a bike. I want to get my aff but I'm worried about not being able to jump often enough and feeling like a newb and making mistakes when I do get time to jump.

Yeh mate, 100% it’s like riding a bike with enough practice, same as all sports, swimming too. If ya don’t do it ya loose a little bit it does come back pretty quick. Consistency and currency are key for progression tho
