How to relax, Belly and Back flying

- This Video explains "how to" relax and feel the wind on the body in the various positions within the belly and back fly ranges. I prefer to think of these orientations as ranges rather than positions.
There are positions within each range/orientation. Knowing and being able to feel these then allows you as a flyer to move relaxed and feel the wind within the range, but to also then be able to hold strange positions but with only necessary tension.

Once someone learns this stuff with enough practice is it easy to remember? Like riding a bike. I want to get my aff but I'm worried about not being able to jump often enough and feeling like a newb and making mistakes when I do get time to jump.
Yeh mate, 100% it’s like riding a bike with enough practice, same as all sports, swimming too. If ya don’t do it ya loose a little bit it does come back pretty quick. Consistency and currency are key for progression tho
