New Binghampton apartment complex breathes new life into a Memphis neighborhood

The Tillman Cove apartment complex off of Tillman Road recently opened their doors to new tenants, and on June 25, there was a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

No it's sad , u have to make a certain amount a year that's 1.
when your child or children get grown😢 what will they have later as in collateral or wealth to pass down as inheritance?
Who owns the housing complex ? Three
Will those who have these opportunities have a opportunity to own their own home instead of living in low income housing four?
I wish some of us had a better opportunity no#
opportunity to change lives.
