This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a "off frame" modular home but can also be built as a hud home! The manufacturer for this house is Skyline Champion. The model for this home is the “Eastmore” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,580(main level) square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! This home has a perfect floorplan.
Even without a pantry, this floor plan is perfect!! I’d just have the floor vents changed to ceiling ones. Boom!! Home sweet home 🏡🌹
I think that bay window in the kitchen would be awesome to have a rocking chair in and a small side table to sit and relax while waiting for something to come out of the oven or whatever. That front bedroom is perfect for an office or sewing room. I like the windows and the sunshine.

Lol, only time I've fallen asleep during your video is when I binge watch your videos and have watched about ten of them, one after the other! This living room, kitchen and dining room are all 3 beautiful rooms..The windows are elongated and Sleek and really brightens up each room.. The bay windows on the kitchen are extremely nice...Who ever built and designed this Home should get an award..It's absolutely Immaculate..The bedrooms are all good sizes and spacious., It's s ok light and bright with the colors they chose...😊🌞🌻☀️🌼😃
I love this home. It's not too large and I love the possibilities that having an attic brings. I would put a very small table (for 2) in the kitchen bay window and a small chair in the master bedroom. This is a great house Chance and I love your enthusiasm as you walk us through. Thank you. I agree a little table and chairs in the kitchen would be cute. I also agree with you, Chance. I'd definitely put a small island in the kitchen. I have to have an island. Beautiful home and love these tours. Plus, Chance always makes me laugh. I do wish it had a pantry. We've got a large family.

It's a cute little home. I'm not too keen on the kitchen set up and the closet in the main bedroom is very tiny. The upstairs being finished would be a necessity for my family. I just recently found you on youtube and have been watching your videos like crazy. You do an awesome job! These companies should pay you!! Oh and the windows in the bedroom, I'd put a smaller loveseat/xl one seater for my dogs to lay on and look out the windows.

Every upstairs house I've been watching. Never has the upstairs completed. I would like to see one that's completely done. I'm interested in buying one.
I always fall asleep to CZcams to. Sometimes you lol but I always seem to wake up to eat in Jamerrill Stewart or Rich roll.

Call me "old school" if you want to, but the water "faucet" is what you call it, I was always told that it was called a water "spicket" as I was growing up! I don't know if I had spelled that correctly because it hadn't shown up in my auto suggestions on my keyboard! 🤷🏼♂️ Anywho, if it wasn't a word, I had just officially made it one! 😂 I just wanted to take a moment to share this with you, but now back to the video!

This is very unique. I love the kitchen.
The reason why the closet in the primary bedroom seemed small is because that is where the staircase is located. The closet that you thought was for the water heater, is underneath the area where the staircase reaches the upper floor. So if it didn’t have the bonus space above, the closet would be larger by the size of the staircase (between 36”-48”)
This is a very well done modular home.
This house has a funky layout. It seems off. The primary bathroom, nope. The upstairs couldn’t save this home. Now that White House on the lot with the porch looks nice. I hope your tour that if you haven’t already.
I felt the same. I liked the kitchen, living room and dining room. Bedrooms, closets, bathrooms... 🫳🏾 Have definitely seen better

A shower is NOT just a shower, it is a place where you can sit and relax while you let that hot water wash away all of your worries for s while and enjoy a peace of mind for a short period of time.
Love the bay windows, stand alone tub and the kitchen. Would add additional bedroom and bathroom and office upstairs.

I was excited at first but as tour went on I was disappointed. The closets & chinsey metal shelves sealed the deal.
I see so many builders utilizing this & to me it speaks volumes.
Good Evening Chance and family....beautiful home love the windows...I don't like the vents on the floor...in the master bedroom I would but a comfy chair and a small round table with a pretty small lamp...chance was there a second closet...the kichen I would put a small table with a couple of chairs...love the living room it is very cozy....love the fact thatvthe whole house was dressed outside makes it so much prettier..the upstairs storage and possibly a bedroom bathroom and game room...Be safe Be Blessed..

This home is a keeper! Very surprised by the upstairs! Chance you can put a little bistro table and two chairs in the kitchen bay or your herb garden. The back bay turn into a French door (somehow) leading to a private deck?! For me no big tub in master bath, put the shower there and that opens up a spot to put a door to the laundry wall and possibly give a pantry space in the laundry!
This home is just what I have been looking for. It’s the perfect sized home for me. I love the bay windows. I would use that closet with the water heater behind it as my pantry. The master bedroom closet is a bit small, but you could build a huge closet upstairs to keep more clothing, shoes, etc. I would have some type of seating by the window in the kitchen and in the bedroom. Chance, I laughed while watching your funny shenanigans on this video!

Primary bedroom could be a cozy window seat for reading. With built-in storage under seating.
This is a sweet home. I'd find a way to use that open space by the kitchen and make a big pantry there. Needs a bigger closet in the Master bedroom though. That one will do, but a bit more room never hurts. That upper area that's unfinished would indeed make a great Man Cave or as I call it,

Yes, small master closet. Id have to let my husband take that, and id use a closet from another bedroom since its just us two. Very cute home though. Id buy it.
I would flip the kitchen and dining areas. Bedrooms are a tad small. But not a bad looking house
Like one of the others who commented here, I like (almost) every one of these homes. I really like this one. Wouldn't change a thing except maybe some colors and no carpet. Gorgeous. Very "livable"! How's that beautiful, brand-spankin' new baby doing?

Very pretty house on the outside; I like that they're doing something different the that traditional rectangle. I love the windows; they brighten up the house. The dining room doesn't need to be that big, they could use the extra space for a pantry. I was disappointed with the tiny closet in the master bedroom and there was no linen cabinet in the master bath. I would put a reading nook in front of the window in the master bedroom. I would love to see one of these with the finished attic.

Window nook in kitchen is a great place for a banquette area
I love this floor plan, but it seems like they could have used some of that space in the dining area to push the utility room and master bathroom/master closet forward. That master closet was way too small!

I live in NC, I'm really impressed with Regional. Like the size of two bedroom's,closets are small for all bedrooms. Need some storage( attic use for storage). ❤

Did I live in US and kids was still small, this would be perfect. I would make an extra bedroom for guest upstairs, playroom and a small room for season stuff and other things you dont use all the time, love it

Pretty home, but I don't understand why the dining area is two to three times bigger than it needs to be and the kitchen is so small.
This plan has a nice Christmas tree corner right in front of the big window in the living room. That bay window would be great for a small cafe table and couple of chairs.
Nice home. Could be a little bigger in some places, but nothing is perfect. Overall it is a very nice home for the money. I would finish out the upstairs and set it on a full basement foundation.

I'm not really liking how they staged this home.... they cut off the living area, leaving this giant area for a dining room, which nobody uses, and then there's a spot for a table in the kitchen... I mean how many areas for a table does one need? Otherwise a really nice house.

Love the floor plan, the bay windows and the curb appeal this home will have. I was disappointed with all the closets…too small, and I don’t care for the shower with sliding glass doors because cleaning is a nightmare. But great look!

I have this exact home! I bought it basic, renovated it and added on a 2 car attached garage and finished the upstairs attic into a second master suite. It looks great now.
I was expecting the house you toured to be the one in the floor plan.
I liked that floor plan.
Otherwise presentation spot on to why I keep watching this channel.
Fit and finish was in the 90th percentile, with minor nit picking here and there. (very minor)
Please post when you get to the house you showed the floor plan for.
Looks like a take on the Franklin's Azalea with smaller sq footage.

Kitchen could use more upper cabinets, maybe add😂 against a wall on other side of the tall cabinet or build a drop down over the curved counter and install uppers there which is what I would do. Make the water heater just be in the closet not behind a panel.
