Hi sir i like the way you explained everything in detail... i made wine using some spices as i saw some videos & i added some crushed wheats also... so I thought after 21 days it will be ready... but after watching your both the videos... i ll keep it 2 more week after filtering it... but i have 1 question do we need to stir the wine everyday till 21st day... or no need to stir it... plz reply sir...

Sir i want to know one thing regarding all wines that are made since In fermentation process both ethyl alcohol and methyl alcohol is generated while methyl is very less but its naturally formed and since in wine there is no distillation process so how we can remove the traces of methyl alcohol that's naturally generated after fermentation to make it more healthier
methanol is produced in trace amounts and does not matter

If you are making wine from grapes, you DO NOT need to use sugar syrup. press ripened red grapes and you will get a juice having specific gravity of 1.090 which will give you ABV of about 11.5 to 12 % after proper fermentation.
You can't get ABV of 14% by using ordinary yeast. You need to use special yeast with high alcohol tolerance.
There is absolutely no need to use beet root in making red wine. Use crushed grapes without filtering the skins and you will get beautiful natural deep red colour to your wine.
slightly disagreeing. even if the juice alone gives a reading of 1.090 it will not give 11-12% of ABV because not all the sugar is fermentable in juice.

Brix meter kharide. Wine making k liye Accha hota h . Filtration k liye aaap egg white use kijiye ya fir chilling temp me rakhe around 10or 8°C. For two days. Uske bad filter kare nylon k kapda use kijiye . Wah easy hoga .

I was waiting for the end result showing the Hydrometer reading after fermentation. Anyways, hope you can do it next time, otherwise just saying it will be 14% alcohol is questionable.

I had plan to make beer from beetroot,but fermentation has not yet started after 4 days,while with the same yeast my grape wine is fermenting very well. Beetroot fermenting jar is properly air tight and air locked but having no sign of fermentation.
1.Can you suggest what has gone wrong?
2.Or what can be done now? Or ultimately it is not going to ferment?

1.Added Sugar quantity 800 g in one kg of meshed beetroot boiled with approximately 2.5 lit of water.
2.If in case yeast died,again I had added very activated yeast into the solution.
3.Are you suggesting that I have to reactivate new yeast and have to add it again in the same solution?
4.If after this the yeast doesn't start fermenting,may I have to throw it or what shall be done?
