He might be the best pure running back. He had cuts but ran with real power and anger with breakaway speed. Barry still my GOAT but AP was all time great too

His vision, speed and agility, change of speed on a dime while also having great acceleration was insane. Even when he cut you can see how fast he was
Watching him was like watching Barry, on any given play he could bust into the open field for a TD...kept your eyes glued to the TV. He was an absolute monster. I am blessed to have had the privilege of watching his career. All Day!!!
Him and LT were my favorite players growing up for sure. Every now and then I’ll go back and watch their highlights and even though I’ve seen them many times, it never fails to leave me in amazement. Literally built different
My dad is a OU and vikings fan i was just getting into football in 05 once Minnesota drafted AP i was so excited to watch the games with him and AP did not disappoint in his time with Minnesota

Adrian got drafted right around the time I started following the off-season for all teams much deeper. So now, every time I hear the next "AD" during the offseason, I'm like, nah. Adrian was one of the most exciting RBs I've ever watched live, maybe next to LT. The fact that he ran so violently and still made it this far in age in the league and the record books is amazing. One thing I'll also always remember is having second thoughts and not drafting AD in fantasy football after that torn ACL/MCL. Tbf though, that was an incredible recovery.
