I need to get back to practice and training. My body became soft after i got complacent. I lost 150 pounds during the pandemic and practiced martial arts all day every day for about 2 years straight with no time off. I became a lean, mean fighting machine but I was SO PEACEFUL within. I need to get back into that state of being. Thank you for motivating me to do so!!! ❤

The Shaolin disciple is humble for teaching beginners, normally intermediate student would teach beginners but i assume of course that the tuition fee is the reason. At least the father definitively has some background in martial arts.
