      @@vag4lvevo22 it took me like 3 months total to go through all the internachi training material, study and pass the state exam to get licensed. I would consider that quick since I devoted all of my time towards it and was lucky enough to pass all of the tests the first time. I’ve been told the tests have gotten a little tougher since then.

    Ben, it's crazy how much you have grown with the evolution of inspection technology, education, and the future of home inspection!!! Love your new glasses!!!
    A few questions:
    Am I seeing this right? You're using InterNachi's sop on your phone from their site? Is this an official InterNACHI home inspection software? What talk-to-text are you using?
    What drone are you using?

    So I keep hearing from realtors how they aren't even recommending home inspections and haven't been for months...this business is sll about who you know or be willing to look over a things so realtors can make the sale... and spend thousands a month in marketing.

    • @evanpatten4101
      @evanpatten4101 Před 3 lety

      I've run into this as well. The only inspector I know that isn't having an issue is more of a realtors pet. Shadowed him one time and I noticed paint chipping and he told me, "If you point that out realtors will hate you" he also under played evidence of some serious and obvious water pooling at the front steps that needed attention. Guy never even mentioned it in the report. I could list a ton of stuff this guy chose not to put in the report or even mention to the buyers.
