My name is Matt Young, and I proudly serve as a gay pharmacist at the Tolleson Walgreen's. Shauna had the pharmacy technicians race to see how many canisters they could fill. She told them the system is safe and cannot make an error. Then, when errors were made, she fired the male techs but not the female technician. She then made a training plan and the techs were trained. Walgreens then promoted her for the good job she did.
I know too as well as a Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician they had me working "canisters" that bullshit sucked. Especially when some needed like 5K pills and shit. Or to mention you had to pop like 100 bottles to get the 5K pills
@@janal1206there are no chairs and you will stand for hours, but you can sit on a metal cart or the table or something and nobody will say anything. There’s high turnover rate so they let a lot slide.

@@Jessie-os2ro She like it as she work she is allowed to listen or watch stuff on her phone she said she is allowed to listen to music but she watch CZcams videos sometimes on her phone as she works sometimes she stand up sometimes she sit down a little bit
@@ShockerzAreGood no you have to file and accommodation claim then get a note from the doctor saying that you need a chair but my other daughter she applied and they gave her like an interview interview on the phone and they ask her do she need any accommodations I told her to say no but she will do that later
Screw you Walgreens, because you made this decision we can no longer get name-brand prescription medication at our local pharmacy. In addition, you have not accounted for the additional demand on the supply of Creon and as a result, do not have enough critical medication to support someone with Cystic Fibrosis. It's honestly a shame that you put profit over someone with a medical condition like CF or Diabetes.
Insane to think that the few beat the majority who will be helped by this. Countless jobs created, local economies have been boosted, local communities given meds faster than before. You’re unfortunately one of the minority when it comes to business. It’s not a charity.
