Great video. Thanks for all your work. I think you probably hit the slide lock on that last mag; I've done that from time to time on my limp wrist tests.
@@blackicekck9family379 yeah I like HST and gold dot ammo, hard to beat performance plus with luck you can buy boxes of 50 for 30-40 bucks and can afford to stock some for rainy days and can afford to shoot what you carry and know how your Cary guns hit with em. Black hills makes good stuff just don’t like buying little boxes of 20 and trying to load all my mags and then have some to reload if you shoot them gets painful if you have 3-4 mags loaded for each pistol you have.
@@blackicekck9family379 that’s cool, I totally understand, that’s a great round, I’m the guy that has to have all my mags loaded (way too many) and loaded mags for me are 99.9% hollow points, 99% are HST or Gold dots, then if I have dedicated range mags I’ll keep cheap miscellaneous hollow points in it or older ones. Rarely just FMJs in those mags, then I’ll shoot a mag or two, or a box or two of my HST just to remind my self where they hit or just to make sure pew pew is eating them with ease. Needless to say I like to have 500 or so on hand to reload incase i shoot a mag or two when messing around on my land, never know when you’ll see a spider that is too big and scary to step on while mowing or something.
So out of all of those rounds, the Sig V-Crowns are the only rounds that I have tested that after several chambering of the same round, the projectile became seated deeper into the casing. The issue with that is that I really like the V-Crowns. Its a pretty round, with good performance, at a good price, and light recoil, but that happening is concerning.
I may trade in my Hellcat Pro for one because I found it's stiff trigger, too vertical grip angle, and U notch sights make it more difficult to score hits than with my original Gx4.
@@caseymurphy244 That's what's kind of sad about the Hellcat Pro. Complete reliability, excellent build quality. I want to like it but turns out that at least for me, they didn't get some things quite right as I'm sure they easily could have.
Sportsman’s Warehouse has em’ for $299… I took a screen shot over to Cabelas/Bass Pro Shop and they beat it at $284! Love the gun so far. Runs flawless and has been dead on accurate.
The Sig VCrown is expensive ammo-What is up. It does not look like the Tarus to me. This is bad news, What is next. I kind of like the Compact version.
I own a GX4 great pistol. No issues at all with the gun. Next on the list to own GX4 Carry.
You're going to love the carry version!
Looked like a lite strike. Good looking pistol. Liking the size.
Great testing. I only run Federal, even in my shotguns. Keep up the great work. Enjoy your channel! But bro... no judgment when it's cold.. it's cold.
Appreciate the support! Thanks, that was a hard video to do with my hands Frozen like that.
Thats my next buy. Good videos on the gx4 carry brother
Had a chance to check this one out at my local.
Thin, great trigger, fantastic stipple, and mag ejection is pretty strong. Definitely want one.

I have used the CCI Blazer for the range, really run clean. And Hornaday Critical Defense. Good video
Out of them all I’d use the duty ammo, but I’d prefer HST or gold dot. Those are my top 3 carry ammo.
My main ammo will always black hills xtp

@@jackbauer9077 I buy 4 boxes at a time. 2 regular xtp & the plus p loads. I load 2 mags one of each ammo and the of mags are full of fmj or empty

Had a Hellcat. Was kinda disappointed with it. Trigger/sights. But it was reliable.

Great Choice. The Pro is cool but the GX4 Carry is my preferred edc. For Hollows I run Fiocchi or Federal HST if I'm feeling Spicy! 😂😂😂
Excellent presentation 👏 Thanks 👍🙏😎
Very good
I've had the same issue with sig v crown but never with Hornady
Thanks. Might pick one up
Waiting to see if Scheel's has a Black Friday sale. They have them for $420. Love my Tx22 compact. It's my main CC gun with a spare 17 rnd mag.

That loose grip he has on the left hand doesn’t help matters at all.
Did you try to reload the last failed Vcrown and shoot it?
Its the last mag of the video.
Is your support hand actually gripping or just hanging out there? It looks strange like you arent even holding it
🤣😭🤣, my hands were completely Frozen so some of those scenes look a little funny.
@@9MilRidge you know it's the internet. So everybody will notice if there is a scuff on your shoe. Lol
