Too many moving parts in this video!!! And it's not really about the GOAT, is it? This is about PRIMITIVE living, combining multiple elements including preparing meat, SHELTER building, COOKING over primitive STONE OVER, friction fire, finding drinkable water, and most importantly using the whole animal!
I'll show you how to build a rock oven using very simple materials I find in the FOREST.
The goat was a gift and fair trade. I took the goat apart, and traded my skill and time for half the goat - the other half went to the owner of the goat.
I'll show you how to cook with and use caul fat which is located around the organs of the goat. Caul fat is very delicious and makes lean meat taste fantastic!
I'll demonstrate how to cook a meat buffet using just a rock and the materials around me from start to finish including friction fire!
Before I start, I bushcraft a primitive lean-to shelter using only a few tools out of materials around me including cedar and spruce bows without any cordage.
Next I'll make a friction fire using a bow drill with a tinder bundle made of cedar, birch bark, cattail, and grass seed heads.
Later, I'll quench my thirst by eating snow.
I will show you how to wrap meat in caul fat and cook it over a primitive stone oven made from materials I find in the woods.
Caul fat is also known as lace fat, omentum, crépine or fat netting, is the thin membrane which surrounds the stomach internal organs of some animals, such as cows, sheep, and pigs, also known as the greater omentum. It can be used in sausages, roulades, pâtés, and various other meat dishes. Other dishes include atriau, crépinette, Cypriot sheftalia, English faggots, and Italian fegatelli.

After watching so many videos of yours I'm starting to feel like if I was stuck in the wild I would be able to survive after watching and learning so much things from the channel. Great job man!
You're gonna want a weapon for defense/hunting, a knife to filet/butcher, and a fire starter. If you don't have those, and you're deep it would be very hard... unless you can go full caveman make fire like he does, and make a knife, and/or spear with sticks, twine, and sharp rocks lol.
Some of the people out there doing the same type of videos need to learn from this and cut a lot of unnecessary talking and sometimes even ridiculous background music! This is so peaceful and relaxing to watch....

BE VERY CARFUL HEATING rocks, they can shatter, crack, explode
heat the rock 1st away from you, you can use a couple forked sticks to move after, but heat thoroughly away from you 1st. this way if shatters, a flying shard won't cut you

That meal would cost you $100 bucks in a gourmet restaurant. Goat wrapped in caul fat seared on a wood fired grill, with a serving of diced kidney and bone marrow sampler.
I paid $2000 pesos ($110 US) for a similar meal at the local 4 star restaurant. And had the shits for 4 days.
Edit: it is supposed to be a gourmet restaurant, they claim they're 5 star, the community says they're 4 star, I say they're 3 star, well, until I got the shits. Now I say they're 1 star. Sound like a conspiracy from the toilet paper people.

That meat wrapped in caul fat looks better than anything that I’ve had all year.
Even the finest restaurants can’t compare to the taste of harvesting your own meat. It tastes so much better knowing that you harvested an animal that lived a good life without being fenced in and slaughtered at the end of their miserable lives. I think that’s what makes it taste 5x as good as anything you buy in the grocery store or restaurants.
