Thanks so much! Incredibly useful! I discovered you don’t need to remove the handlebar though. Once you take the screws off the 4 screws in the trigger mechanism you can just pull it open until it pops off the handlebar since there is flex in the material. Easy job of popping the other trigger on after that!
Wow, this new screen is definitely a big upgrade from the current throttle. Makes me wonder how the upcoming Vsett scooters will be if the screens are this nice.
The light by the throttle is so if you crash and damage the screen, you can physically see that the scooter is still running. Thats how it was explained to me when I got it at a shop in person.
My evo full frame extended is arriving tomorrow. I think you have the same one. I feel the exact same way you do. I grip too hard above 10kph at all times to be safe. Only 700km on my vsett 10+ so far. Far from an expert. I think I fell off it once or twice (more like just tipped over) but that was at 1kph hitting a tree root off guard or a small rock. I Hit 61kph once and I got the death wobble. I know how to stand but if I lose concentration for 1 second, even at slow speeds, a bump can take me out. I just don't like the idea having a pointy shaft sticking out beyond the tire but it is what it is. Lol
Love this new display I got mine Tuesday and have over 60 miles on it lol. Just not a fan of the NFC cards so I disabled it. If you go to to setting P18 then hold down the minus symbol for 5 seconds it disables it completely. Also the RGB light on the trigger doesn’t do anything it’s just for aesthetics also helps you see where the trigger is at night. Hopefully this helps👍💯💯
I have an Otter case for my phone where the outer part is rubber and I have it taped to the inside between the rubber and the Otter hardcase. I just wave my phone over it.....like magic. Some people think its an app or something IN my phone....hahahaha
I purchased one of these for my super 72. Just to inform everyone it has no IP call water resistant, rating so it’s not waterproof. Also there’s no voltage meter! all it shows is the battery ,mode you’re in and the speed you’re going. On the throttle you can hold the two buttons down to actually access your p codes and that small little button does shit. Also, to note it comes with no directions. I still have the same dead zone in the throttle and still drives on and off which I can’t stand about this scooter. You can’t flip the throttle or a thumb throttle because it’s going in the wrong direction so you have to still use it as a finger throttle .You think by now they can make a nice linear throttle. On all the scooter is fun to ride .

I had the Vsett 8+ and the screws all get loose over time so I had to take each screw out, clean the screw and the internal threads, then put blue loctite on them, and then put them all back on
Do you still have all functionality of the settings, adjustments, milage, and speed cap? Looks awesome! I am about to pull the trigger and pick up the Vsett 10+....Too bad they couldn't just install that display..... RevRide has the 10+ for $2390 + a 2 year warranty, and a few freebies.....How has your Vsett been holding up?
Rev Rides from what i see has a 1 year warranty on all their scooters. Alien Rides has a 2 year but the purchase cost is higher and they throw in some extras.

Why does your scooter have a giant warning sticker on it at 40:13? You don't peel those off? The first thing I do is peel off all the stickers on my things
It’s just an rgb color changing light nothing more or less. It has no functionality other than aesthetics. Looks cool at night and let’s you know where the trigger is. Hope this helps

Revrides has already commented that if the handlebar is replaced while under warranty coverage, this could void any issue with original components i.e. turn signal grip, brake assembly, etc.
VSett just has some really unbelievably stupid stuff on their scooters, don't get me wrong I love my VSett8 and wan't to buy a better one soon but damn.. the stupid stuff on them is kinda pissing an turning me off. Firstly the "upgraded" "bell" from the 8 to 9 and 10 is just utterly useless. Nobody can hear it and even if they can, they won't know what it means. The type of screen you installed should be in all top end scooters yes, but not the stupid P-settings. I mean if your going to finally have a good and big screen, they should actually have the meaning of each P-setting seen on the screen also so people would actually know what each setting is without manual. If ya gonna ask this kind of price fora scooter, bring something more to the table. I've been trying to decide what to buy but there's just no "perfect" one on the market it seem, from any manufacturer. Because I absolutely _have_ to have NFC lock and foldable handlebars on it. For some ungodly reason most use regular key locks which are just crap to use IMO. I don't know what to buy and it's pissing me off to the point that I may not buy anything. Just soo tired of trying to find THE ONE. Also here where I live you can't ride these on the street and max legal speeds are 25km/h so kinda pointless to go for these high end models. Most users like me still go 35-40 when theres not much people in the walkway. I always slow down a bit when passing anyone but even then the cops can ticket us if we go past 25. And Especially for me the 10+ would be a bad idea, I mean.. if it can go, I can't just not. So I dunno, it's a love/hate relationship for me and vsett. I love it but I hate alot about it, also the company seems extremely lazy on actually improving the functions that would be an easy fix. I mean it's not hard to change only the dumb stuff to better functions and call it a V2 or something. Or at least make aftermarket parts for people so we don't have to buy some aliexpress crap. I'd love to stay with VSett but there's alot of competition these days so they have kinda let the door open for me to find another love :D.

Does the display nest safety with the steering column folded down and latched to the rear kick plate in the carrying position?
