Thank you for showing your 2020 race medals. Disney runs are so much fun. I was there for my second Goofy Race and a Half Challenge on Jan 2020. The full marathon was a challenge with the heat/humidity that year as compared to 2018. Can't wait to the run Disney comes back. Planning to do my first Dopey in two years.
You're welcome. :-) I thought I replied to your message a while ago, but think it didn't stick, cause I don't see it. Anyways, 2020 was definitely a lot hotter than 2018, still had an amazing time though. I kind of expected Disneyland Paris to have races in September, but guess I'll have to wait a little bit longer for a Disney run. Have had so many cancelled now, kinda scared to look forward to a specific run weekend now.
I sadly have no 2020 medals. But it's good to see that you managed to do some races this year! And those Disney races are awesome indeed. Happy holidays, here is to an awesome 2021!
No medals at all? Yeah, guess it’s been that kind a year. I was lucky to have had races planned in January already and then have the September runs, but if all this hadn’t happened I would have had at least three times as many medals, so much got cancelled.

@@RunArnoRun Yeah, I only sign up for races near me. And there simply were non for obvious reasons. Was looking into virtual races though, but those are just not fun for me and completely beat the purpose of an event.
@@YukasMarvin yeah, I understand. When I started out running I did virtual runs to have some extra motivation, but nowadays I don’t really need virtual runs for that and don’t feel the need to basically pay for medals. Missing events a lot though.
Totally agree about the Goofy medal! It’s stunning! I love the silver and gold together, it’s a hefty medal for a tough challenge! I to did Dopey as my first WDW race this year, I figured if I was going all that way from the U.K. I should do it all!!
My toughest earned medal has to be Dopey but I also got my half marathon PR at the big half in March so that was well earned.
There weren’t any more races for me this year but I’d say my favourite is the Minnie side of the Marathon medal! 🙌🏼
I really wanted the Boston UK medal as it had a Mayflower on it for the 400th anniversary of the pilgrims' sailing . . but the race was cancelled (they did send us the t-shirts though which was really good of them)
I did Dopey and love all those medals and the marathon in that heat was hard (I did it in snow one year - so much easier)
Great minds think alike. :-) My half PR was in March too. At the moment I would have to train a bit more to run that again though, so back to training for me. :-)

I’ve only bought medals once from a company in the Netherlands. I don’t know where you’re located, but I’m sure if you google for a company near you you should find it.
