D-Day 80th Commemoration Watercolour Painting Timelapse Video

Hi everyone, and thanks for joining me today.
In this video you can watch me create a painting depicting a scene from the Second World War, in commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings in Normandy, France by allied forces.
Soldiers of the 18th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division of the US Army survey the damage to buildings in the town of Marigny, Manche, Normandy after its liberation on 27th July 1944. I've used historical photos and my own reference photos to create this scene, trying to capture some of the atmosphere of the time.
