Immediately Modifying Salty's New $8000 TH400

We finally got a TH400 for Salty... and immediately cut it apart to install an aftermarket SFI JW bell housing!

Hey how did you secure the bell housing to the trans? Weld it? Didn’t see any beads of weld.

It mounts using the pump bolts. The kit uses longer bolts.
