Ashley, I think it’s great to focus on yourself and your body but I also think it’s good to remember to help others as well. U can feel rly productive, doing things for others as well. Just going out of your way to help someone or do something for a friend. U get a lot of joy from helping someone. Help yourself + OTHERS.

Writing down to do lists are a must and has helped me also! It helps me to write them down the night before to prepare for my day ahead and easier to check them off my list throughout the day. Thank you for your tips

Ashley, I like your advice on getting 100% ready + 100% dressed after waking up. I think it does help u kind of start your day on the right foot + being all ready just helps motivate u to be productive.

Ashley, I like that u did your activity outside. I think getting sunlight + fresh air is rly important + beneficial. Even if there is a little bit of a breeze outside, I still think it’s good to be outside.

Ashley, I think tidying up your space every once in a while is a great idea. If it’s getting a little messy, just take a few minutes to put things away. I think having a clean space helps u get more things done + just not feel stressed. It just makes your mood better when u clean up/tidy up. ✅✨🧼

This was such a great vlog thanks so much Ashley yes I make my bed every day really sets the tone for the day and makes sure that I have a tidy comfortable space! Mindfulness in other words journalingbis an amazing part of the day I do this three times a week. Same as you I have cuos of tea to get my water intake so good for being able to focus on the day ahead! Congrats on collaborating with better health again. Hope you are well, Ash! 🧡✨️

Delighted this video helped. I was like this for a few months with being unemployed through housework, and having hobbies such as cardio and reading really helped to structure my day. I now work for myself as a mental health ambassador. Okay, to feel like this, I hope you get back on track 💙💫

you are doing amazing, the start of your day sets you in a good mood, maybe you could also do something like painting or dancing or even doing a puzzle things outside your confort zone, not necessarily hard ones, just to get inspiration from many places.

Ashley, I like your idea about taking a real lunch break. If u are just at home doing stuff and it’s lunchtime just take that hour or half an hour break. I think that’s a good idea. Also, I think taking a lunch break could be helpful in many different ways not just a few minutes a real break + just letting yourself have that downtime.
