We love hearing from all of you!
Be sure to password protect the timing table! 😁
Yeah cause James can't help himself.
Cleetus is the one to worry about not James. 🤣🤣
People talk about how much time it takes to be methodical and plan your build, like it's a negative thing. We see right here in Kevin's video where all that patience and planning pays off. No drama, no head scratching, no fix/redo this or that....just calm smooth sailing dyno sesh.
Top work from the KSR crew...as always.
We much prefer to put in the hard work at the shop, and just have fun at the track! Working on cars at the track makes for looooooonnnngg days!!
No doubt! If you start cutting corners, you'll soon find yourself chasing your ass in circles. You can do it right the first time...or the second time...or the third time...etc. Words from my father drilled into my young thick skull. I never had a choice NOT to be a perfectionist😂.
I can't wait to see this build find it's full potential. All that shop time just melts away when the six second passes start clicking off like clockwork.
@@KSRPerformanceFabrication That's what James is for lol.
I'm convinced that Kevin is smart enough to have gone to med school and become a specialist, or be a friggin NASA engineer, but somewhere along the way, someone actually supported him in his dreams and that's just beautiful.
He did go to med school just for cars instead of people
Or he followed his dreams on his own
@@brandonpanozzo86 Yeah he quite well could of done, he's still a genius and the vehicle version of a highly skilled Dr in highest form
@@llewellynwilliams7485 agreed
There was a time when I thought people that went to med school were smart. 😁
Those Dyno Wheelies that Kevin does with Mullet is friggin amazing......what a thrill....👍👍👍👍🦅🦅🦅🦅🏁🏁🏁🏁🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👀👀👀👀⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
I love that you and Cleetus are sharing these videos, no ego, just sharing the experience. Great work.
I don't think it's share in the sense that you're thinking, it's share the wealth $ with each other.i mean Nothing negative by this either, just saying that it's all about views on youtube
That one finger shift just reminded me off the bus driver video shifting really gently 🤣🤣
😅👍
Kevin.........You sir, are a virtuoso! You should be very proud of YOUR creation. 7 sec pass after driving it along way. Kudos to you sir. A true craftsman, tuner, all around nice guy. Oh yeah a race winner!
Love Kevin. Such a down to earth guy.
Even though I’ve seen it on ole Cleeters channel I’m still gone watch Kevs content too 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Tell ya what impressed me the most here ... tons of mechanical work, lots of plumbing, miles of wiring to dozens of switches and sensors, etc. and everything worked the first time! Serious attention to detail!
that thang is NAAAAASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's criminal that ksr isn't getting huge views. Loved every single mullet episode feel like I could build one my self
Yeah but people like crazy shit they don't wanna see technical stuff...most of them at least..to me this car and workmanship involved is fascinating
It will get there. Hes already had very very impressive growth in the short time he's been making these Mullet videos....Rome wasnt built in a day and it took cleet a couple years to pass the million subs mark even once he started uploading regularly
So it's up to us to share this content.
20k in 2 hours with the amount of subs isnt too bad but I agree
He does get tons of views. Especially compared 2 some channels that's been uploading for multiple years. Kevin does just fine and cleetus had helped his channel come 2 light.
Kevin did an amazing job with this car. So many simple details that just make this car all around complete. Awesome job!
We all will miss Mullet when he goes. We can only hope the next build will be a classic like this one. You and Travis and your crew are to be commended on your skills and attention to detail. Continue to prosper, we will be there with you.
I watch Cleetus' videos for the laughs and entertainment, and I watch your videos for the technical information. I learn something new almost every video that I apply to my own build, or add to the future list. Keep it up!
KSR team nailing it again! Front end looks good with all the lights coming off dyno!!
Wait till you see them all lit up.......she's BRIGHT!!!!
I love the KSR behind the scenes stuff! 👏🏼
The screen shots of the graphs added in editing are 👌. Wish everyone did that.
SHE IS NASTY! KSR killing it! Great job Kevin 👏👍
37 minute tune 1400+ on a soft tune.... Truly shows the level of quality and thought Kevin puts into his bulids.
This is the best build I've seen buy anyone on CZcams. Kevin from KSR absolutely kills it in the building game. So happy cleetus got you to build this machine
Mullet is the best looking car on the fleet for sure
I love his perfectionist attitude towards everything he does. The cars he builds are always amazing!
It’s 6am here in Colorado and such a beautiful morning and then I wake up to a notification to mullet on the dyno, such a perfect time😎
Glorious thing to wake up to! 🤣
West barnum
KSR is the epitome of perfection. Everything they do is top notch. Mullet is just the latest example. I really love the wet/cool shirt idea. thinking about putting that in my car instead of fixing the A/C, lol
Facts
I only see that being used while waiting in the staging lanes and not driving one the street. You'd be surprised how quickly your body heat melts the ice in the system. I have a coolvest I use on hot days that works off a backpack reservoir. I use a big ice pack in it and withing 45 minutes its melted. Plus how's the passenger gonna feel if Cleeter's nice and cool and he's not. A/C is working on a switch, no tubes to connect and disconnect getting in and out. Or ice water to fill and drain when it thaws.
@@wheeln24-79 well he said it was set up for driver and passenger n it's got allot more capacity than urs so should work well also this would need allot to have ac theirs no room up front for everything
@@wheeln24-79 In a tank that size with the amount of ice shoved in it, it should last at least 2 hours considering its uninsulated. The System I have in my endurance car lasts 2 hours no sweat and its significantly smaller but insulated.
@@GregoryVeizades yeah but that tanks main reason is cooling the intercooler so it's seeing engine heat when street driving.
That was awesome now that dyno days are behind Mulet can't wait to see Cletus send it down the track. Great job to Kevin and your team
6:37 Cleeter looks like he is standing on the ground, not kneeling down haha... He's a giraffe after all!! Can't wait to see this Hot Rod "warping" down the drag strip!!! Amazing job to Kevin and the KSR Team!
I knew as soon as Kevin was put in charge of doing mullet it was going to be the best in the fleet, but i never thought it would be this top notch quality. What an amazing shop ksr is. If i lived in florida, this is where i would be taking my car!
Killin it Kev!
Came after Cleetus' dyno video and have thoroughly enjoyed watching through the Mullet videos (and a few others ;-) ). Love the detail you're putting in with the team, and the explanations as to why you're doing things. Can't wait to see Mullet on the track and the next builds on video... then hopefully your build.
Travis is the most expressionless person I've ever seen! Smile once in a while my friend! Nice work on mullet to everyone on your team guys!
He’s prolly camera shy it’s pretty normal
@@wutff you are probably right - I can't say I would be any different! I guess the take away message was meant as encouragement!
The fuel system on this thing is genius, it's going to make things so much easier at the track
Great build indeed! It reminds me of what Tom Bailey does with his cars. Perfection in the making!
I think the only thing that would make it better would be to bolt track rails down in the bed with sliding quick releases to be able to change the tank placement tool less and within seconds.
Friday and just home from work here in Sweden and KSR video pops up🤘🏼😎 cheers 🍻
Anytime you see Kevin clapping after a Dyno pull.... Well my friend, now you know how a Bald Eagle gets it's flight feathers🤘
Good morning gearheads! Glad to finally get the KSR side of things. Hope we get all that sweet, nitty gritty detail we all love.
No words. You just create monster after another!!!
It’s official, it’s a ripper!
Tell Travis to smile!😂😂 yous have both done an awesome job on mullet. Can’t wait to see its first pass!
Love the extreme Hellcat headlight look on Mullet here Kev ;)
Also gotta love it when the car tries to G body shuffle off the danged rollers haha, the Giraffe is gonna learn a new type of sketch real soon
Looks like the fans you installed are doing their job! Love the videos Kevin! Keep up the great work! Craftsmanship at it finest!
Just got home from work, rolled a joint, then this pops up.... Great way to start the weekend 👍
Damn. I remember those third shift days.... A company couldn't pay me enough to do that again. 3 years was enough for me.
@@andrewledford3865 I dunno bro, I've done night shift for 7 years now, if there's anything I've learned in the line of work I'm in, is that there's less management present, less heat in the summers, and less problems at night... If you forced me on days, I'd probably quit... but I understand where you're coming from...
@@andrewledford3865 I'm in England bro. Was an early morning shift 5am-12pm 👍
@@MattyEngland fair enough. I promise I'm not one of those Americans that thinks the world is only america 😂 just the first thought in my head when I read off work and I knew what time it was here...
@@boboso4978 yeah that was the draw when I worked nights too.... I work in plastics manufacturing, so the heat is a real thing. I just got a family now, and the back and forth between days with them and nights at work was too much.
Can't wait to see the Elco go down the track. Loved how you could hear it switch from pump to race gas. Almost like hitting nitrous, awesome video
Can't wait to see Mullet's first pass.
The efficiency of those turbos are impressive. It seems like it maintains the HP per LB of boost average all the way up. Wicked build sir.
That motor and drivetrain is so damn smooth, I cant believe its not butter.
Cleetus seriously needs to invest in a Hub Dyno for his fleet 👌🏻
Awesome work like always Kevin 👏
That roll shot at the end 😍
Kevin is like a magician
Silky smooth dyno session
So excited to see this car make a rip
looks awesome
Hell yeah! Can't wait to see Mullet start making passes!
Such a great and patient builder. Humble and intelligently epic. A1. Such focus.
All that time spent planning I would say paid off ten fold! Nice job
daaam that car looks great
Mullet over here looking it's hitting switches on the dyno.
Kevin the master, love the work. The attention to detail, great. Can't wait to see it going down the track.
Let the mullet fly!!
Amazing job KSR!!! The car looks badass and all of the extra effort always pays off! You truly do🏁WIN WITH KSR🇺🇸
Can't wait to see it in the quarter. Great work Kevin.
Win with KSR 🔥
According to Holley : quote "The WBO2 sensor measures in Lambda and the ECU displays in air/fuel ratio.
Which is why you can use E85 with the "Gasoline" scale, if you're more familiar with gas AFRs."
Loved it Kevin and crew! I'm here for the algorithm!
That's a bad ass car!!!
From Cleetus. Well done boys.
Yesss a good way to start the morning
I agree he is a complete bad ass and builds some of the best race cars in the world a complete professional for sure
When you are so good at your job you surprise yourself
Exactly as we expected, the Mullet is incredible,, it's building absolutely INCREDIBLE POWER! That body lift is insane! Yes, we know it's because the ARB is not connected but it's a hell' uva sight nonetheless!
Let's go, ksr for the win. Thank you Kevin and the ksr crew we don't really see that help you make this happen.
Almost to 200k!
...SHOULD be 2 mill
that is one sweet build Kevin! showcases your talent and experience, Kudos to you and your build team!!
Been an amazing build/series/bestdamnyoutubecollaborationyet/and just fun group of guys to watch do their thing. So glad you started your channel Kevin, it really has been a joy to vicariously join along on your adventures. Thank you Sir! Hope you have a happy friday, can't wait to see what this ripper will do in 1320'
That is the world's sickest ElCamino. I can't wait to see Cleeter ripping this thing. Kevin, you are a mastermind.
I said it before but you have to get the first pass Kevin, the amount of extra time and effort you've put in, it would only be fair 😁👍🏻
Let the customer crash it..
It has to be tough to make a channel where every subscriber is happy all the time from every video. Especially when you have to share content with a much larger channel. And I had to hit the like button a bunch of times before it actually worked.
All the hard work from you guys is really starting to pay off!!! Straight up awesome build!
The next t shirt should be Stacking boost and making power! Thanks again Kevin for today's dynamic class.
Hey Kevin love all your videos you're a legend! Still not too late for wheelie sleds for ole mullet... Just something to think about. Keep up the great content! 🇺🇲👍🇺🇲
All that attention to detail, all the care and planning that went into each step of this build is def paying off. Kevin these videos have taught me alot, thanks for the hard work. Also 7 people have no soul.
The only channel I watch the entire length of ad's on. My way of saying thank you!
Still killin it Kevin! Killin it!
It's a real testament to y'alls skills that your first dyno session goes without a hitch. No leaks, nothing breaks etc. Great job guys.
That front air dam makes it look so good.
Awesome video Kevin. That front end looks bad ass!
Kevin, you're a quiet, humble GENIUS!!! I'm blown away how you think of and solve every problem before it ever becomes a problem.
I believe in "an ounce of prevention beats a pound of cure" but your forethought and attention to detail....
That the fuel system automatically switches from pump gas to methanol merely by how hard you press the loud pedal....
You're an inspiration
Can't wait to see it on the track!! You did a hell of a job I wish I could afford to have any car built by you honestly the best detailed car work on CZcams hands down the way u build and wire those cars and every single one at its own specs and custom build is amazing I hope you continue to grow all your success it's great watching your work it's a true art of it own on its own level and mullet looks so sick
I waited to see it here first.
💪KSR🤘
I didn't.. I watched cleetus's video first.. But I still show my support and watch and like Kevin's videos too
@@The50Baker hey…that’s great….nice job !!?
I watched the guy who put pride in it, show it off. It means something to me.
Anyone who has money can spend it…actually creating something worthwhile is the true gift.
And that’s not to take anything away from Cleetus, he’s great.
Honestly shouldn’t need an explanation, up yours, for making me type.
@@MrSteveswain same here. And I love Cleetus and all he does but Kevin is the brain surgeon I will go to for a look under my lid. 🤷🏻♂️🤣🤣
I’ve never seen a car try and wheelie on a Dyno before. Mullet wants to fly.
The outro music is perfect.
Man this is the second time I saw this and I could watch it over and over keep up the awesome work
Amazing how smooth the dual fuel works.
Alright Kevin, I love to see the excitement that is reward for your great work. I'm sure Cleeter will be happy and thankful.
The fruits of your hard labor
Great work man 👍👍👍👍👍
Everything about this build is awesome🤘
You do A++ work, you're incredibly knowledgeable, and you seem like a genuinely over the top nice person. I wish you were local.
The dislikes drive Prius’ !
great vid Kevin and crew !! U guys rock!
Such a torque monster!
You make me REALLY REALLY want to get back in the shop and finish my hotrod.
Fantastic machine, awesome job. Kevin please tell your mechanic to control his enthusiasm, he is totally over the moon, and talking all the time😂😂just kidding.. looking forward to see it race. Hope he will take special care of it. Best regards from Denmark 🇩🇰
