- In this video I wanted to give my thoughts on the "Ancheer 27.5in 500watt Electric Mountain Bike", after over 1000km of fairly aggressive trail riding.

Thanks for the review bro, I’m comparing this model on Amazon (it’s 319 for this model at the moment) and their other brand (26” but it’s $299) and the only other “cheap bike” review is the totem brand which is $469 so I can feel confident spending a bit less than that. Appreciate you, will be looking to emulate some of your mods soon

I have the Ancheer Speedrid 26 close to $1100 when i got it in 2020, its marked as a 500w, but mine peaks at 1040w, its tops at 26mph but the climbing power is the same as my 1000w Bafang hub. My biggest complaint about the bike is that it is prone to pedal strikes.
i just bought mine i can’t wait to get it in the mail i hope it works it was on sale on walmart for 500$
absolutely zero problems electronics wise for me at least. The rest of it is just a basic bike, so maintain it and treat it decently and it should last
@@PlokProductions I'm mostly sketched about the battery, I doubt it's well made at all with the batteries and bms just sitting there unsecured in the case.

@@PlokProductions I got it and did 3780 miles on it, tricked warranty and got a second battery for free and i get around 60-70 miles I love this bike I upgraded to hydraulic brakes tho cuz the cable breaks were not gonna work
could you link the front fork that you purchased? my fork is going bad and want to be sure what I get will fit
It's a standard size
as long as you don't get a tapered fork it will fit
I purchased this bike and am trying to put a stem riser on. Can't seem to figure it out.
should be the same as any other bike/mountain bike

Do you know the differemce between the Hummmer and the Spark?

Buddy of mine is down on his luck and car went down on him, luckily he's only 2.5 miles from work and the grocery store so he's been looking for something exactly like this. He's smaller about 5'7 140lbs. He lives in northern CA so pretty much perfect conditions to pull off an easy 2.5mile bike ride! I did see some people say the seat isn't great but I can't imagine it'll bother him. He wants to put a rack on the back because down the street from his work is also a grocery store. Any tips would be great thanks!@@PlokProductions
I mean the seat isn't anything special but it's pretty standard for bike seats
those distances he will be fine, he could probably do the whole round trip using throttle only and still have some juice leftover
has most of the standard mounting points that normal bikes would have so most racks should fit
I work in ER. Be careful with this bike, and others made like it. if you're just cruising...you should be OK.. If you purchased good part - sounds like you spent more fo the upgrades.

and you didn’t get ripped off they lowered the price to bait people in when you actually try to buy the bike they charge you a an extra 120 to ship it and you can’t bypass it so you pay 650
walmart got it for 500$ tho with free shipping
