Sorry - I don't have this cam any more but just turn it on (maybe in "play" mode) and connect to your (running) computer and usually should show the folder with the pics

Don't buy as CZcamsr camera ... at least not for good quality stuff. You can shoot some fun videos maybe at best. Better buy a cheap smart phone like the Ulefone Note 16 Pro: amzn.to/3tSBxVg. This shoots ten times better videos .... ;-)))

I think it is as it is. It's not a GoPro, Sony, Nikon, Canon or other expensive good quality camera. It's nice but limited in quality.

I don't think so. It's not like a DSLR. It's a quite simple camera even though the software options are very comprehensive. But it's like having a $100 phone with top software ... but that won't help because the hardware is not where it should be in 2024 ... but of course it comes at a quite cheap price ... so you judge ;-)))

I use a translator, so I apologize if I'm not being understood. I have a camera like this that takes pictures and clips, but when I transfer the memory to the phone, the pictures are transferred, but the clips are as if there is a defect in them. How to solve this problem.

Sorry don't have it any more and maybe also different phone. I've only been transferring to my windows pc and was no problem. Maybe try to rename the ending from AVI to MP4 ... In a lot of cases this works

I usually recommend at least 32GB Samsung or San Disk because they have the best controllers. Buy Class 10 / U1 or better U3 like the SanDisk 32GB Extreme: amzn.to/3xWnDmC (affiliate link). It's only $12. Well worth the price .... Sorry for the late reply

Then there's most likely a problem with the player I guess. Try to download and use VLC or any other player on your Windows PC. The "Photos" app which is pre-installed on Windows is also very good

There are programs which can recover pics and videos from a micro SD card, but nothing for free unfortunately :-(

Sorry to hear. You will need paid software like "easeus". Unfortunately I don't know any free software which can do it.
There has been some open source software like "Kickass Undelete", but it seems it's not supported any more and they probably used some free/public plugins which show doubtful results when you virus-check the installer. Hence I would only recommend to use in a sandbox (Virtual Windows System). Easiest way to use a sandbox is Sandboxie-Plus.

As he says at 7:34, picture and video quality are poor. The zoom quality is even worse, almost unusable. Truly a kids camera, nothing more.
