MZR-CD 2.2 Cleaning intake manifold and EGR system (Part 2)

Mazda 6 GH MZR 2.2 CD: How to clean the intake manifold and EGR system. This is part 2 where I assemble everything back. Sorry for the typos and misspellings.
My main goal was to evaluate how much dirt deposits are there and then clean the intake manifold and EGR stuff. I cleaned EGR 6 months before this job and decided to clean it again for the video sake and also to see how dirty it can get in 6 months.
I didn't clean inlet ducts in the engine head just because it requires more time and special tools, and also, their condition was perfect for my car (10+ y.o., 230,000km+).
