It started out as a small project but as I progressed, I noticed more and more things needed to be discarded. During this process of discarding things, I have noticed changes within myself...I am more creative. It does make a difference, tossing out those things that no longer are useful or serve me. I was wondering what herbs you would recommend i use when i go to the mountain and cleanse? Usually i just use water and pray but i would like to know what herbs you would recommend i add?
