- Bake this till it gets a golden colour like the one in video. Don't keep on very high just to obtain the colour. If you oven is very high reduce the temperature. It should be baked for a minimum 15 to 20 mins
if you dont have an oven you can make the same in a pan for that you cant check the below link where I have prepared my first simple kunafa in a pan. the cream cheese kunafa is tastier than the simple kunafa but u can make the same in oven or pan as per your convenience.

Can kunafa be eaten next day?? Can we prepare it one day prior to the occassion?? Will it effect its taste or texture??

Processed cheese. Don't use mozzarella it comes out like chewing gum. U can use cheddar as well . Thank you 😊

@@CookWithFarheenArsheen I got it! Thank you so much. I have just taken out the baked kunafa from my oven, prepared and now, cooling it. Due to curfew and lockdown, I didn't want to buy any shemai or say, pheniyaan/fine vermicelli from the local sweet shop but just thought of experimenting by preparing it at home. But it didn't go very well though. Could you please share the recipe of shemai, if possibly you know how to prepare it???? I loved your recipe after browsing and searching for recipes on so many CZcams pages. Due to the lockdown, many people prefer cooking at home like I did today even if it means preparing the shemai/vermicelli at home coz of hygiene issues.

The kunafa was being loved by all in my family despite of the fact that the upper crust of the vermicelli became bit harder to chew coz it was the imperfect type of vermicelli cooked at home by me. Else, I believe, it would have been better off with the typical vermicelli that is being used. Lots of warm best wishes! I shall await the recipe. Do keep me posted! 🙏❤🤗
