You guys are the best. Before i found this company , i always wanted to have an E-bike and I’ve tried different websites but because they are very expensive for me, i couldn’t afford it. But now i built my own E-bikes with a very low price. Imagine by a price of an E-bike that you buy from store, you could convert 2 to 3 bike to E-bikes. ( 2 mountain bikes and 1 hybrid bike for myself) and it happened because of you guys. I just want to special thanks to Myles that always he reply to my emails very quick. Now the course would be awsome.
As a person who has never owned or built an ebike, my research started with saftey. Building a battery safely. I was worried about 1a. electrocution. (It was very hard to find if there was anyway possible to do it on a 72v. Or any voltage. 1b. Shorts and fire. That's should be section 1, saftey. Section 2. tools you would need. 3. CAD Section/ manually how to fit a battery. 3. Testing and buying battery's.. new/used 4. Building/welding. 5+ would be motors, controlers, bms, lcd and wiring. Finding this one place would be great. I'm hoping to be done by May this year. So just some ideas. Saftey was my first concern. Hope this helps❤

I would like to build my own battery packs for myself and maybe friends. A course that covered cell selection ( capacity ,c rate, etc..), and how to choose the right BMS and charger would be super helpful.

Just finished building my first e bike with your kit and being able to select a battery pack to fit my bike made for a tidy installation and it turned out awesome. It was a lot of fun putting it together and can hardly wait till spring to get riding.

I like to know what is the Best DYI spot welder.
Well if you can afford it, the KWeld is pretty incredible. So powerful and so precise. But if you're on a tighter budget, I'd highly recommend anything that hooks up to a 12V Car battery as the power source. The ones with built in battery packs can't weld thick enough. Definitely going to be talking about this more though! Thanks for the comment :)
