Host Bug Gives 5x Damage vs Factory Striders?!

While testing on the new factory striders I discovered a massive damage bug for non host players similar to the ps5 host bug for the bile titan!

i have seen so many things about the dot damage not functioning and then others saying it works fine and would like some clarity on that if possible

I think the DOT still works against some enemies, but not others. That could explain why some people say there is no issue, they may be testing against an enemy that is not effected by the issue and conclude it works correctly globally
