    Hello everyone!
Recently I was formally diagnosed with ASD level 1 by a phycologist in Marietta Georgia after two years of suspecting I was on the spectrum. It has been a wild two years, but the validation I feel after receiving this diagnosis is so relieving!
There are inevitably many more undiagnosed adults out there, as a formal diagnosis is difficult and expensive to attain. Just know that if you are someone who suspects that they could be on the spectrum, self-diagnosis is valid. Not everyone desires a formal diagnosis, and that is okay too. This is a very individualized process. If you need/want help, it is never too late to ask for it.

Did you face a lot of resistance when you told people?
